CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PLAN
My ultimate goal is for my classroom to be an environment that everyone can feel comfortable in. In order to do this, I implement a simple set of rules for my classroom that are posted around the room for all to see. My rules are:

BE Respectful – Be kind to others, supplies, and the room
Students will actively listen to others as they speak. Take care of all art materials. Use tools as demonstrated. Treat others as you would be treated.
2. BE Resourceful- Be attentive and think creatively
Use your time wisely and be productive. Think outside of the box and be creative. Work as a team and include everyone.
3. BE Responsible – Be mindful of actions and consequences
Be prepared for class and be ready to learn. Stay organized and take care of supplies. Be accountable for your own actions. Always clean up after yourself.
If these rules are testes or pushed, students will first be referred to the rules and given a warning. They are to think about their actions and how it violated the classroom expectation. If the actions continue, they will be pulled aside to have a private conversation on why they are not meeting the expectations and how they can meet them. The student will then be given time to better themselves and meet expectation.
